Return & Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns and Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your product, we will accept returns or exchanges within two weeks from the time your order was received. Item must arrive back to us before the two week period is over. We will accept returns for a store credit or a full refund (less shipping) to the original form of payment. Jewelry must be returned in it's original condition and packaging and unworn.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will either send you an exchange or initiate a refund or to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. If you choose store credit, we will send you a code to redeem that credit on your next purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with "Return" or "Exchange" in the subject line. We will send you a Return Authorization code, and a Return/Exchange Form to include with your return along with the return address. We ask that you ship your return with an insured carrier in a padded envelope or box; Fresh by Fraya is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
